In The Bag

We worked with Costa through '16 and '17 to concept, design, and source the Adventure Pack & Bag Collection.

We were briefed with the task of bringing to life a set of bags that were tough enough to handle the wear and tear associated with heavy outdoor usage but keep in mind they should also work for luggage, school bags and around island activities. We focused on materials that would be both highly abrasion and water resistant, while being lightweight and quick drying. These bags needed to be able to withstand salt, sand and high-water.

Created with the always bold simplistic Twelve Weight approach to product development and design at their core, we strived to create bags that accomplished everything they need to accomplish—nothing more and nothing less. Labeling and color-ways were tastefully executed in an effort to speak to, and hopefully elevate, the Costa brand aesthetic. Naming and hangtag designs were created with the goal of stirring the inspired traveler within all of us.
